Health is one the most important things in your life. If you don't have a healthy body then the remaining things in life are greatly affected. Health is multiple things rolled into one word. It involves not only your physical condition but also your mental and social well-being.

Physical health is directly related to physical fitness. Good physical health implies you have good bodily health which is tied to a good diet and nutrition and regular exercise. Many elements should be taken into consideration to achieve and maintain good physical health.

Mental health is directly related to a person's psychological and emotional well-being. A person with good mental health is able to deal well with social considerations, use their emotional and cognitive capabilities and meet life demands on an ongoing basis.

Physical fitness can be viewed from two distinct meanings. A person can have good general fitness when they have good health and a state of well-being. In addition, a person can have good specific fitness depending on their ability to achieve high performance in a specific sport or occupation. When a person is functioning at optimum physical fitness efficiency their muscles, lungs, heart and blood vessels are functioning at a high level.
